Easiest Fudge On The Planet Recipe
This fudge takes longer to cool than to mix or cook. Be sure to hide it, or you won't get any of this creamy, nutty delicious fudge.

Ingredients
  • 8" pan lined with greased wax paper.
  • Microwave safe bowl.
  • 1-12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 tub of Betty Crocker fudge frosting (use regular;whipped won't work)
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, your choice, optional

Directions
  1. Place semi-sweet chocolate morsels and fudge frosting in microwave safe bowl with room to stir in nuts.
  2. Microwave on high 1-3 minutes or until semi-sweet chocolate morsels are very soft.
  3. Stir with a *WOODEN* spoon until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in chopped nuts if desired.
  5. Pour mixture into 8" pan, smoothing the top with wooden spoon. Score if desired into 1" squares.
  6. Cool on top of refridgerator for 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Good with a tall glass of ice cold milk, or a cup of coffee.

This recipe sounds dangerous. The only reason for us not consuming too much chocolate was that it took too long to make. That is what we would tell ourselves anyway. Now there is no excuse. Will have to give this one a try. Thank you for sharing.
