How to make it

  • Put the milk powder in a pan and roast while continuously moving until all is light brown, then sift to remove big parts
  • Add the coconut powder and the baking powder; let's call this Mix1
  • In a blender, mix the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla; let's call this Mix2
  • Add Mix1 and Mix2 together, now this is the Base Mix
  • Get a pyrex, butter it a little, then put the Base Mix in it and bake in the oven for 15mins only on 175C, when you get it out put it aside to cool down, it will drop a little
  • Now we need to melt the Mars and the butter on steam, when melted add the cream; and call it Upper Mix. (Imp. What I do to get teh steam needed is a I get two pots just a little different in size, put water in the bigger, and hand the smaller in it by its handles, and I put the Upper Mix in the smaller)
  • Place the Upper Mix on the Base Mix and put the Cake in the fridge for about 2 hrs before serving, and tell me how fabulous it is!

    Hey Deb,
You can use the same recipe on a chocolate that has good amount of caramel in it, maybe three musketeers :)

This sounds different, and yummy - I believe the American Mars bars are a bit different; in any case, they're no longer available =(
Love the recipe though, thanks so much for sharing it! ^5
