How to make it

  • mix all above meatball ingredients and shape into little balls
  • brown in vegetable oil
  • remove meatballs and keep warm while making sauce
  • Sauce:
  • mix cornstarch and brown sugar
  • stir in reserved pineapple syrup, vinegar and soya sauce until smooth
  • pour into skillet
  • cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils
  • boil and stir for one minute
  • add meatballs and pineapple and heat thoroughly
