How to make it

  • Bring water to a boil and add shrimp then cook 5 minutes and drain well.
  • Rinse with cold water then peel.
  • Combine shrimp and remaining ingredients then refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve in a pita bread lined with lettuce.

    I was living on shrimp last week because I was in Puerto Rico. A Minnesota girl has to take advantage of shrimp when she can. Now I want to make this recipe too. Yum. -Lori
