Salmon With Dilled Creamy Pasta Dated 1984

- 2 salmon filets approximately 6 ounces each cut in thin long strips shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning shopping list
- 4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped dill shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper shopping list
- Pasta: shopping list
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 2 cups fully cooked egg noodles shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill shopping list
How to make it
- Sprinkle both sides of filets with Cajun seasoning then rub in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, dill, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Dredge filets in breadcrumb mixture pressing firmly to make crumbs adhere.
- In medium sauté pan heat remaining oil over medium high heat and carefully add salmon.
- When first side has formed a golden crust turn carefully then reduce heat to low.
- Cook 3 minutes more then serve salmon on bed of pasta.
- To make pasta heat cream and butter over low heat then add noodles.
- Season with salt and pepper then toss until well mixed and heated through.
- Remove from heat and toss in dill then serve immediately.
