How to make it

  • Sprinkle both sides of filets with Cajun seasoning then rub in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, dill, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  • Dredge filets in breadcrumb mixture pressing firmly to make crumbs adhere.
  • In medium sauté pan heat remaining oil over medium high heat and carefully add salmon.
  • When first side has formed a golden crust turn carefully then reduce heat to low.
  • Cook 3 minutes more then serve salmon on bed of pasta.
  • To make pasta heat cream and butter over low heat then add noodles.
  • Season with salt and pepper then toss until well mixed and heated through.
  • Remove from heat and toss in dill then serve immediately.
