  • Boiling water
  • 1/2 cup (118 ml) dried plantain leaves or a handful of organically grown fresh ones

Directions
  1. Place about 1/4 cup of water in a blender and add the plantain. Begin blending and slowly add water until the mixture is a consistency that is thick enough to spread, but is not watery.
  2. The mucilage in the herb will form, a thick, gooey paste.
