Gluten-free milk bread

- 1000 gram gluten-free flour shopping list
- 5 eggs shopping list
- 12 gram dry yeast shopping list
- 2 coffee spoons of sugar shopping list
- 2 coffee spoons of salt shopping list
- 1000 gram milk shopping list
- a firm dash of oil for dishes shopping list
- 1 cup water (35 °C/95 °F) shopping list
How to make it
- Put the yeast in the water en stir until the yeast is solved.
- Add everything together and stir firmly for 4 minutes.
- Distribute the dough over 3-4 baking tins and let it rest for 45 minutes.
- Bake in an oven at 200° C/392º F for 60 minutes.
