Chicken gravy

- 1/2 kg chicken shopping list
- 3 onions shopping list
- 1 tomato shopping list
- 4 green chillies shopping list
- 1 tbsp ginger paste shopping list
- 2 tbsp garlic paste shopping list
- 4 tbsp oil shopping list
- 2 tbsp ghee shopping list
- 1 tsp fennel shopping list
- 1 cinnamon leaf shopping list
- 2 tbsp coriander powder shopping list
- 2 tsp chilly powder shopping list
- 1 tsp cumin powder shopping list
- 1 tsp turmeric powder shopping list
- 1 half of coconut grinded into a smooth paste shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- 1 cup of water shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil and ghee in a kadai
- Add fennel and cinnamon leaf
- Add onions and till they are transparent
- Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Fry till the raw smell goes off
- Add tomatoes and fry till dry.
- Add the coriander,chilly,cumin and turmeric powder
- Add the chicken and saute for 5 mins
- Add the grinded paste of coconut, salt and a cup of water
- Bring it to boil, simmer till the oil seperates and the gravy becomes thick.
- Garnish with coriander

Yum, I am a huge fan of Indian food and this sounds like a fantastic and very creamy chicken. Love all the ingerdients and can't wait to try this. Great post and a very high 5.
