I found this in Parade magazine in 1999.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup - more? add about 1-2 Tablespoons
  • 1/3 cup dijon mustartd - more? add about 1-2 Tablespoons
  • 2 Tbs molasses
  • 2 Tbs cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 center cut, 1inch thick pork chops

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Add chops and set aside for 30 minutes, turning twice
  3. Preheat oven to 350F
  4. Place chops in a shallow roasting pan.
  5. Bake 30 minutes, brushing occasionally with marinade and turning once.
