Caramel Apple Dip

From allrecipes, a dip that is not only good with apples, but also bananas and graham crackers. Low fat or fat free cream cheese can be used.
Ingredients
- 16 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 (80z) package cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, or in the microwave, melt caramels with water, stirring frequently
- Remove from heat
- In a medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar
- Fold in caramel mixture.
- Serve immediately
