Tuna Or Chicken Pasta Bake Recipe
quick, easy and healthy too, you can always replace the tuna with 200g (7oz) cooked chicken. this is easy to assemble and prep ahead of time!

Ingredients
  • 200g - 7oz pasta shells, cooked
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 120ml - 4 fl oz milk
  • 200g can tuna. drained and flaked
  • 2oog can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 red pepper chopped
  • handful chopped parsley
  • pinch of chilli powder
  • 115g - 4oz grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and fresh ground pepper

Directions
  1. preheat oven to 220C, 425F or gas 7
  2. heat soup and milk over a low heat
  3. add Tuna (chicken), sweetcorn, onion, pepper, parsley , chilli powder and half the cheese
  4. once heated stir in the cooked pasta,
  5. season with salt and pepper
  6. tip into oven proof dish and smooth the top
  7. sprinkle with remaining cheese
  8. bake for 30-35 min or till the top is golden brown
