chinese prawn and veg patties

- veg oil for frying shopping list
- 3 shallots, thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 crushed garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 green pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 stick celery, chopped shopping list
- 85g-3oz beansprouts shopping list
- 114g-4oz peeled prawns shopping list
- 5 beaten eggs shopping list
- sweet chili sauce shopping list
How to make it
- in a wok stir-fry the shallots, garlic, green pepper and celery for 3 min
- add beansprouts and stir-fry another 2 min.
- add the prawns and cook for a further min.
- let cool
- add the beaten eggs
- add oil to the pan
- when hot ladle one 1/4 of the mix to the oil and fry for 2 min
- carefully turn over and cook the other side
- drain and keep warm while cooking the rest
- serve warm with sweet chilli sauce
