How to make it

  • Coat ham libererally with the dry rub.
  • Wrap tightly with four layers aluminum foil
  • Place on sheet pan in a preheated 300-degree oven for 5 hours (Ham should reach 170 degree)
  • Remove from oven and let stand 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and pull apart, using forks
  • Serve with tortillas and salsa

    I too will be using this rub. Wild Boar, not so much, we don't have those in this area, but that rub sounds delicious. I have all those spices in my pantry now. Thanks :D
