This stuff tastes just like breakfast sausages. I make a big big batch of this and grind up a whole pork loin then put some in 1lb bags raw and the rest I bake on cookie sheets then slice into patties that I can freeze. It's SOOOO much cheaper than... More

Ingredients
  • 1T brown sugar (or substitute)
  • 1/4-1/2t dried sage (it's strong so know if you like it before you dare the 1/2t)
  • 1t salt or substitute
  • 1t black pepper
  • 1/4t dried majoram
  • 1/4tcrushed red pepper flakes
  • pinch of ground cloves
  • ________________________________
  • 1lb ground porkloin
  • 1c grated zucchini (peel if you don't want to see the green)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients. Use as breakfast sausage.
