How to make it

  • rough chop onions and garlic
  • using olive oil saute onions and garlic in large frying pan until translucent
  • add ground beef and cook until browned
  • if ground beef is high in fat drain off excess
  • If cooking for less than 60 minutes:
  • Add canned tomatoes, beef broth or water, seasonings, and elbow macaroni.
  • Serve when macaroni is tender
  • If cooking for longer than 60 minutes:
  • add canned tomatoes and seasoning.
  • 30 minutes before serving add beef broth or water and elbow macaroni.
  • The longer it cooks the more it will taste like spaghetti sauce.
