Yep, that's a for real Pisco Sour all right. In fact, most people wouldn't go to the trouble to make it properly. If you have a bottle of Pisco around try the APSA Peruvian Sunrise I posted. We had to create that as too many Pisco sours give me an acid stomach. Of course too many Pisco Sours also give me a bad hangover. RJ
