Cocktail sauce

- 1/2 cup chili sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup ketchup shopping list
- 2 tb horseradish, fresh or prepared, drained shopping list
- 2-3 tsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tb gin shopping list
- 7-8 dashes Tabasco sauce shopping list
- coarse salt and white pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk the chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, gin, and Tabasco together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready for use.
- Great for oysters, clams, or shrimp.
- Makes 1 cup
