A nice, spicy, cocktail sauce for your shellfish.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tb horseradish, fresh or prepared, drained
  • 2-3 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tb gin
  • 7-8 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • coarse salt and white pepper

Directions
  1. Whisk the chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, gin, and Tabasco together in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready for use.
  3. Great for oysters, clams, or shrimp.
  4. Makes 1 cup
