Ingredients
  • 2T vinegar
  • 3 garlic clove, minced
  • 2-3T brown sugar (I use Sugar Twin Brown Sugar)
  • 1 1/2T fresh ginger
  • 1T mustard seeds
  • 1T ground cumin
  • 3/4T curry powder
  • 1/4t ground cardamom
  • 1/4t ground cloves
  • 1/4t ground hot pepper
  • 2t olive oil
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 4 (4oz) boneless skinless chicken breast half, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions
  1. Puree first 12 ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour into the crock pot, add cinnamon stick and onion and mix well.
  3. Add chicken and turn to cover.
  4. Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
