How to make it

  • Mix cider and vinegar.
  • Peel the onion and cut into 8 pieces.
  • Combine onion and all other ingredients with the cider and vinegar, stirring to mix.
  • Marinate lamb overnight.
  • The length of time broiling depends on how you want the lamb done, usually 12-15 minutes.
