Ingredients
  • 3/4 pound smoked, Center cut, cooked ham, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 ts cavenders
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3 tablespoons minced onion
  • 3 tablespoons minced sweet pickle or drained sweet relish
  • Fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In a food processor grind the ham until it is minced, add the mustard, the butter, the honey, cavenders and the cloves and blend the mixture until it is smooth. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and stir in the onion, the pickle and pepper to taste. Great with crackers (Club) or as a sandwich filling.
