Chicken Boobs

My grandkids love these, and I serve them for the main course. They are supposed to be appetizers though.
Ingredients
- 2 C. Boneless Skinless Breast (boobs) or tenders (cut into bite-sized pieces) shopping list
- 1/4 C. Melted butter for dipping shopping list
- Crumb Mixture: shopping list
- 1 C. Crushed Ritz crackers shopping list
- 1/2 C. parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 t. basil shopping list
- 14 t. thyme shopping list
- 1/2 t. Accent shopping list
- 1 t. paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt butter in saucepan.
- Cool enough to dredge chicken.
- Combine all crumb mixture ingredients in bowl and toss dredged chicken pieces.
- Put onto an ungreased cookie sheet into the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, turning after 8 minutes.
