My grandkids love these, and I serve them for the main course. They are supposed to be appetizers though.

Ingredients
  • 2 C. Boneless Skinless Breast (boobs) or tenders (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1/4 C. Melted Butter for dipping
  • Crumb Mixture:
  • 1 C. Crushed RITZ crackers
  • 1/2 C. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 t. Basil
  • 14 t. Thyme
  • 1/2 t. Accent
  • 1 t. Paprika

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan.
  3. Cool enough to dredge chicken.
  4. Combine all crumb mixture ingredients in bowl and toss dredged chicken pieces.
  5. Put onto an ungreased cookie sheet into the oven for 15 - 20 minutes, turning after 8 minutes.
