Fall Off The Bone Chicken

My Mom passed this down to me. I had it many times as a child and still serve it to my family regularly.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken legs(easy to hold for kids) shopping list
- 1 pound chicken breasts shopping list
- 5 pounds potatoes shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper shopping list
- 1 small onion shopping list
- dash of seasoning (your choice) shopping list
How to make it
- Place chicken into a large crockpot.
- Cut open the pepper and take out the seeds. Chop the pepper into 1×1/8 inch slices.
- Chop the onion.
- Sprinkle the onion and pepper on top of the chicken. chop the potatoes into quarters.
- Place the potatoes on top of the onion and pepper.
- Sprinkle a little seasoning (of your choice) on top of everything.
- Put the crockpot on medium and forget about it for 4 hours
