Fall Off The Bone Chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • Place chicken into a large crockpot.
  • Cut open the pepper and take out the seeds. Chop the pepper into 1×1/8 inch slices.
  • Chop the onion.
  • Sprinkle the onion and pepper on top of the chicken. chop the potatoes into quarters.
  • Place the potatoes on top of the onion and pepper.
  • Sprinkle a little seasoning (of your choice) on top of everything.
  • Put the crockpot on medium and forget about it for 4 hours

    Made this last night, it was great! I used Yukon Gold potatoes and added some liquid (chicken gravy mix whisked into chicken stock). Delish!
