How to make it

  • Put the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat
  • Add garlic and cook for one minute
  • Add beef and cook until browned
  • Put Rotel hot, jalapenos and jalapeno juice into a food processor and mix on high until thoroughly broken down - don't use a blender as that will mix it too finely
  • When beef is browned, add in Rotel chili mix, blended Rotel hot and tomato sauce
  • Simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes
  • Serve with grated cheddar and tortilla chips
