- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 3-1/2 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 4 tablespoons grated American cheese shopping list
- 3 egg whites shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Melt butter then add flour and stir until well blended.
- Add cheese and cut and fold in whites of eggs beaten until stiff.
- Season with salt and cayenne then drop from tip of spoon on buttered sheet 1” apart.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
