Lime Sherbert Delight

delicious refreshing lime mold using lime jello and sherbet and whipped topping
Ingredients
- 2 pkgs (3oz each) lime Jello shopping list
- 2 cups boiling water shopping list
- 2 pints lime sherbert, softened shopping list
- 1 carton (8oz) whipped topping,thawed shopping list
How to make it
- In a large bowl, dissolve the Jello in boiling water.
- Stir in the sherbert until it is well blended.
- Chill it until it is syrupy.
- Spoon whipped topping into a large bowl, and gradually beat in the Jello mixture on low speed until it is well blended.
- Pour it into a 12 cup mold coated with cooking spray and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or until it has set.
