Ingredients
  • 2 pkgs (3oz each) lime Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 pints lime sherbert, softened
  • 1 carton (8oz) whipped topping,thawed

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the Jello in boiling water.
  2. Stir in the sherbert until it is well blended.
  3. Chill it until it is syrupy.
  4. Spoon whipped topping into a large bowl, and gradually beat in the Jello mixture on low speed until it is well blended.
  5. Pour it into a 12 cup mold coated with cooking spray and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or until it has set.
