Parsley Salad

- 1 tomato, chopped in wedges shopping list
- a bunch of parsley, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 tablespoons burghal shopping list
- juice of a small lemon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon apple cidar vinegar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Soak burghal in lemon juice for an hour. Add a little water if it looks dry.
- Meanwhile, chop parsley very finely. Drain burghal when it's soaked up the lemon juice.
- Combine parsley with burghal and other ingredients in a bowl. Serve at room temperature, with pita bread, hommos and falafel.
