Pears In Brandy

- 2 teaspoons butter shopping list
- 6 firm ripe pears unpeeled and cut in half lengthwise cored then thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup brandy shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat then add pear slices and cook 5 minutes.
- Turn slices then sprinkle with sugar and add brandy then ignite and swirl pan.
- Serve immediately.
