How to make it

  • Prepare the jelly a little thicker,let it cool,but not set.
  • Crush the biscuits,mix with butter and press into the bottom of an 8 to 9-inch springform pan; chill.
  • Mix cream cheese and jelly,pour over the crust;chill.
  • Spread pineapple topping and enjoy!

    I've never heard of jelly powder before. It is powdered gelatin? Also, please let us know how much a teacup holds as your recipe calls for 1/2 a teacup of butter. Is that equal to the basic 1/2 measuring cup? Your recipe sounds great and I'd like to try it. I just need some the info above to go ahead with the recipe. Thank you for sharing!
