Ingredients
  • 1 fish fillet
  • Marinade: 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (fresh)
  • 1/4 onion
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • Salad: parsley, chopped
  • lemon wedges

Directions
  1. Chop onion and ginger finely. Chop parsley.
  2. Combine all marinade ingredients
  3. Place fish on a deep plate, pour over marinade and refrigerate (1 hr is best)
  4. Prepare salad and refrigerate.
  5. Heat grill to high. When hot, place fish underneath heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Turn, brush with marinade, cook further 5 minutes.
  7. Serve garnished with parsley and lemon wedges on a plate. Enjoy
