This is a bread recipe that is even liked by persons who are not allergic to gluten! If the raisins sink to the bottom, put two slices on each other but turn 1 slice 180°.So you have raisins on both sides :-)

Ingredients
  • 400 gram gluten-free flour
  • 100 gram corn flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 8 gram dry yeast
  • 4 coffee spoons of sugar
  • 1 coffee spoons of salt
  • 500 gram milk
  • a firm dash of oil for dishes
  • 1 cup water (35 °C/95 °F)
  • A dash of cinnamon (to taste)
  • A dash of nutmeg
  • 250 gram raisins
  • Honey

Directions
  1. Put the yeast in the water en stir until the yeast is solved.
  2. Wash the raisins
  3. Drain the raisins
  4. Take a plastic pot and a spoon of flour, add the raisins and shake so they are covered with flour. This should hinder the raisins to sink to the bottom of you bread.
  5. Add everything, except the raisins and honey, together and stir firmly for 4 minutes.
  6. Add raisins and mix them under the dough
  7. Distribute the dough over 2 baking tins and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  8. Bake in an oven at 200° C/392º F for 60 minutes.
  9. When it comes out the oven, you can paint the bread with honey.
