How to make it

  • Put the yeast in the water en stir until the yeast is solved.
  • Wash the raisins
  • Drain the raisins
  • Take a plastic pot and a spoon of flour, add the raisins and shake so they are covered with flour. This should hinder the raisins to sink to the bottom of you bread.
  • Add everything, except the raisins and honey, together and stir firmly for 4 minutes.
  • Add raisins and mix them under the dough
  • Distribute the dough over 2 baking tins and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Bake in an oven at 200° C/392º F for 60 minutes.
  • When it comes out the oven, you can paint the bread with honey.
  • Bon Appetit!
