Gluten-free bread with raisins

- 400 gram gluten-free flour shopping list
- 100 gram corn flour shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 8 gram dry yeast shopping list
- 4 coffee spoons of sugar shopping list
- 1 coffee spoons of salt shopping list
- 500 gram milk shopping list
- a firm dash of oil for dishes shopping list
- 1 cup water (35 °C/95 °F) shopping list
- A dash of cinnamon (to taste) shopping list
- A dash of nutmeg shopping list
- 250 gram raisins shopping list
- honey shopping list
How to make it
- Put the yeast in the water en stir until the yeast is solved.
- Wash the raisins
- Drain the raisins
- Take a plastic pot and a spoon of flour, add the raisins and shake so they are covered with flour. This should hinder the raisins to sink to the bottom of you bread.
- Add everything, except the raisins and honey, together and stir firmly for 4 minutes.
- Add raisins and mix them under the dough
- Distribute the dough over 2 baking tins and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Bake in an oven at 200° C/392º F for 60 minutes.
- When it comes out the oven, you can paint the bread with honey.
