With the morning coffee or afternoon tea,have this tasty light cake!

Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar powder
  • 150g weat
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar powder
  • strawberries

Directions
  1. mix egg yolks and sugar 5 min until whitens and thickens
  2. mix egg whites separately until foamy
  3. mix with wooden spoon carefully the eggs whites+egg yolks+wheat
  4. pour into pot with buttery baking powder
  5. bake until done (180 C)
  6. let it cool and remove the paper
  7. beat the cream and sugar well,add vanilla
  8. spread it all over
  9. put strawberries in one site and roll
  10. cover with foil and keep in the fridge
  11. Enjoy!
