Strawberrie Roll Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • mix egg yolks and sugar 5 min until whitens and thickens
  • mix egg whites separately until foamy
  • mix with wooden spoon carefully the eggs whites+egg yolks+wheat
  • pour into pot with buttery baking powder
  • bake until done (180 C)
  • let it cool and remove the paper
  • beat the cream and sugar well,add vanilla
  • spread it all over
  • put strawberries in one site and roll
  • cover with foil and keep in the fridge
  • Enjoy!
