How to make it

  • Place ribs in a pot of boiling water, reduce heat and cover partially, simmering 45 minutes
  • While ribs are cooking combine all sauce ingredients in a pot and simmer 15 minutes.
  • Drain ribs and arrange in a layer in a roasting pan.
  • Pour 2 cups of sauce over ribs, brushing to cover all sides
  • Bake in a 325F oven 40 to 60 minutes until ribs are tender
  • Serve ribs with remaing sauce

    I think I'll try the sauce with some pork spare ribs. Can't get good beef ribs around here. They're all bone no meat. Bookmarked. Thanks for posting. :)
