Easy Apple and Spice Cake Filled Rolls Recipe

How to make it

  • Spray counter lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Roll dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle.
  • Spread apple pie filling evenly over dough leaving 1/2-inch around all edges.
  • Sprinkle crumbled spice cake on top of pie filling.
  • Starting with a long side, roll up jelly roll style.
  • Place seam side down.
  • With a sharp serrated knife cut into 12 slices.
  • Place on a large sprayed baking sheet and cover with sprayed plastic wrap.
  • Let rise until double in size.
  • Remove wrap and bake at 350°F 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Combine icing ingredients and mix well.
  • Drizzle over cooled rolls.
