How to make it

  • In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over med-high heat
  • Cook chops, turning once, until just a hint of pink remains inside - about 8 - 10 mins.
  • Transfer to plate.
  • Add stock, sugar, vinegar, garlic & pepper to skillet & cook over high heat, stirring often, until syrupy, about 4 mins.
  • Return chops to skillet, turn to coat & heat through
