Ingredients
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 2/3 C. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 C. cut-up cooked chicken or 1 (12.5 oz.) can chicken breast
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 C. Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 C. milk
  • 1 egg

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Prepare stuffing mix according to box. Place in greased 9" by 9" pan.
  3. Mix vegetables, chicken, and soup together. Layer on top of stuffing mix.
  4. Prepare remaining ingredients and spoon on top.
  5. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
