Corn Salad

- 3 cups SHOEPEG corn (frozen or canned & drained) shopping list
- 2-3 small tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 3-4 stalks celery, chopped shopping list
- 1 yellow onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream shopping list
- 2 tsp. white vinegar shopping list
- 1 ts.p dry mustard shopping list
- 1 tsp. celery seed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all chopped vegetables in a large container.
- Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, and spices in a small bowl.
- Pour dressing over vegetables and mix to coat.
- Best if refrigerated 8 hours or overnight.
