How to make it

  • Trim fat from chops and pat dry with paper towel.
  • Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil in skillet over medium-high. Cook chops approx. 4 minutes one side, 3 other side.
  • Remove chops from skillet and keep warm.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic to pan -- cook 1-2 minutes.
  • Raise heat to high, add balsamic and sugar and cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes.
  • Spoon sauce over chops and serve!
