Fruit Crumble

- 250g fruit (apples, blueberries, blackberries) shopping list
- a squeeze of lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup oats shopping list
- 2 oz butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup plain flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 180C. Peel, core and chop fruit. Place fruit in the bottom of a cassarole. Pour a little water and a squeeze of lemon juice over fruit.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add dry ingredients and mix well. Lay the dry ingredients over the fruit and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes or until fruit is cooked.
