How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 180C. Peel, core and chop fruit. Place fruit in the bottom of a cassarole. Pour a little water and a squeeze of lemon juice over fruit.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add dry ingredients and mix well. Lay the dry ingredients over the fruit and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes or until fruit is cooked.
