Salmon With Maple Lemon Glaze Recipe
Finish the fish under the broiler to carmelize the glaze into a tasty browned crust. Serve with roasted potato wedges and peas.

  • 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbs maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs canola oil
  • 4 (6oz) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • cooking spray

Directions
  1. Preheat broiler. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add fish to bag;seal Refrigerate 10 mins,turning bag once.
  2. Remove fish from bag,reserving marinade. Place marinade in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 1 min.
  3. Heat large oven-proof non-stick skillet over med-high heat. Sprinkle fish evenly with salt and pepper. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add fish to pan;cook 3 mins. Turn fish over. Brush marinade evenly over fish. Broil 3 mins or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or till desired degree of doneness.
