Avocado Mousse

- 2 ripe Haas avocados, peeled and pitted shopping list
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/3 c creme fraiche or sour cream shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco shopping list
- 1/4 c cold water shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Serve immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate.
- Because this is so light it does not last long in storage.
