Ingredients
- 1 oz whiskey
- 1 oz Kahlua, or any coffee liqueur
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- cream - to taste
Directions
- throw all into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a hurricane glass,
- and enjoy.

Cape, My favourite dessert. However I do not like the coffee part and do not include that in mine. However, I love a good cup of filter coffee - just hate the instant stuff. We sometimes add just a teeny weeny portion of peppermint liquor. Must debate whether its there or not.
