Creamy Apple Slaw

A Tart, creamy unique slaw that is great with grilled pork or chicken. Always a hit. Everyone leaves with the recipe. Chill for at least an hour to give the flavors time to marry.
Ingredients
- 1/3 c heavy cream shopping list
- 1/4 c apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 2 t olive oil shopping list
- 2 T sugar shopping list
- 2 t Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1/2 t kosher salt shopping list
- 4 c coleslaw mix shopping list
- 2 granny smith apples, grated shopping list
- 1/4 c chopped fresh parlesy shopping list
How to make it
- Wisk together cream, vineagr, oil, sugar, mustard and salt in a large bowl
- Add coleslaw mix, apples and parsley
- Toss with dressing to coat
- Chill for at least an hour
