Creamy Apple Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

1/3 c heavy cream

1/4 c apple cider vinegar

2 t olive oil

2 T sugar

2 t Dijon mustard

1/2 t kosher salt

4 c coleslaw mix

2 Granny Smith apples, grated

1/4 c chopped fresh parlesy

Directions

Wisk together cream, vineagr, oil, sugar, mustard and salt in a large bowl

Add coleslaw mix, apples and parsley

Toss with dressing to coat

Chill for at least an hour
