Ingredients
  • 2 cups Self-rising flour or use{for each cup self-rising floue-place 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. Salt in a measuring cup add reg flour to cup
  • 2 cups sugar{Or Splenda}
  • 3 Tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground Cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups Mashed cooked sweetpotatoes
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup raisins

Directions
  1. In a bowl combined the Flour, Sugar, Cinnamon, nutmeg, Cloves.
  2. Combined the sweet potatoes, oil and eggs nad Vanilla
  3. Stir into dry ingredients just untill moistened.
  4. Fold in Raisins. Transfer to 2 8inch-x4 inch-x2 inch Loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes
  6. cool 10 minutes before removing by pan
  7. May Frost if so desire.
