How to make it

  • Peel and slice the carrots,
  • Fry or grill the bacon till crisp.
  • Place carrots in an ovenproof dish and crumble over the bacon.
  • Add rosemary, garlic, orange juiceand marmalade and stir to combine.
  • Dot with the butter and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with foil or with a lid.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 50minutes.
