This marinade gives chicken tenderloins very good flavor. Taste great off the grill or campfire!!

Ingredients
  • 4 T vegetable oil
  • 4 T soy sauce
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 T brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves-minced
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 3 whole cloves (optional)
  • dash pepper
  • 8 chicken tenderloins

Directions
  1. Put all ingredients in Ziploc bag and refrigeratae for several hours.
  2. Mush the bag every so often to get flavors soaked in. Can marinate for a few hours up to 2 days.
