Ingredients

1/4 Cup olive oil

1 onion - chopped

1-2 green peppers - chopped

6 cups tomato sauce

3 1/2 tsp oregano

1 1/2 tsp basil

1/2 tsp allspice

1 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)

1/2 tsp hot chili (optional)

1/4 heaping tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

1 1/4 tsp cumin

1 1/2 Cups TVP

1 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Sauté onions and pepper until soft, and then add the tomato sauce and all the spices except garlic powder.

Bring to a boil, simmer for about 20 minutes.

Add TVP and garlic let sit for 10 minutes while the TVP softens. When TVP is soft, serve over Spaghetti.
