This gives all other cheesecakes a run for their money!

Ingredients
  • 1 packet digestive or chocolate thin biscuits
  • 100g butter- melted
  • 3 teaspoons gelatine
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 300ml cream
  • 250g cream cheese
  • 2 mars bars or 6 minis
  • flake to crumble

Directions
  1. Crush biscuits and mix into melted butter. press into a spring form round cake tin. Refridgerate.
  2. dissolve gelatine in boiling water
  3. Beat cream to soft peaks.
  4. Beat creamcheese, vanilla, castor sugar and gelatine.
  5. Foldchopped mars bars into cream and fold both into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour over base, and refridgerate.
  7. Before serving sprinkle over flake!
