How to make it

  • Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 15 mts
  • Now blend it in a blender along with milk
  • Add maida n ghee along with it n prepare a dough
  • Now make small balls using the dough and press it flat like puri.
  • Heat 1 1/2 cup oil in a pan
  • Now deep fry the puris one by one in oil
  • Put the fried puris in a wide bowl
  • Pour milk mixed with sugar, cardamom powder n color powder
  • Let the puris soak well
  • Refrigerate it n serve chilled.
