vermicelli milk puri

- 1 cup vermicelli shopping list
- 1 cup all purpose flour (maida) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 pinch cardamom powder shopping list
- 1 tbsp ghee shopping list
- 4 cups boiled hot milk shopping list
- 1 pinch orange color powder (saffron) shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup refined oil shopping list
How to make it
- Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 15 mts
- Now blend it in a blender along with milk
- Add maida n ghee along with it n prepare a dough
- Now make small balls using the dough and press it flat like puri.
- Heat 1 1/2 cup oil in a pan
- Now deep fry the puris one by one in oil
- Put the fried puris in a wide bowl
- Pour milk mixed with sugar, cardamom powder n color powder
- Let the puris soak well
- Refrigerate it n serve chilled.
