Ingredients
  • 1 cup vermicelli
  • 1 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 4 cups boiled hot milk
  • 1 pinch orange color powder (saffron)
  • 1 1/2 cup refined oil

Directions
  1. Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 15 mts
  2. Now blend it in a blender along with milk
  3. Add maida n ghee along with it n prepare a dough
  4. Now make small balls using the dough and press it flat like puri.
  5. Heat 1 1/2 cup oil in a pan
  6. Now deep fry the puris one by one in oil
  7. Put the fried puris in a wide bowl
  8. Pour milk mixed with sugar, cardamom powder n color powder
  9. Let the puris soak well
  10. Refrigerate it n serve chilled.
