Crustless Zuchinni Quiche

great quiche
Ingredients
- 2 medium size zuchinni {shredded{6 cups} shopping list
- 2 cups swiss cheese coarsley shredded shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup buttermilk baking mix shopping list
- 1/4 cup salad oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. italian seasoning shopping list
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees shopping list
- Grease 9 inch Pie Plate shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl with fork or wire whisk mix Zuchinni, cheese, eggs
- buttermilk baking mix, salad oil salt and Italain seasoning untill well blended
- Pour mixture into prepared pie plate
- Bake quiche 30-35 minutes untill golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.
