So easy that you can put it together before work/school one morning, and have a wonderful dinner for the family with little effort in the evening when everyone returns home again.

Ingredients
- Chuck Roast(3-4 lbs)
- Hunts Petite Diced Tomatoes - 1 regular can
- Cream of Mushroom Soup - 1 can
- Dry Onion Soup Mix (1 envelope)
Directions
- Mix the tomatoes and their juice, with the soup and the dry soup mix.
- Place the roast into the crock pot
- Pour tomato/soup mixture over the top
- Cover
- Cook on low for 2 hours
- Turn to high and cook 6 additional hours
